Lori Gibson-Washington has over 20 years of experience consulting and coaching in the areas of human resources, differences in communications, conflict resolution, and leadership. Lori also brings expertise in change management to CenterFour Consulting, Inc.
As a DEA strategist, program designer, and facilitator Lori has:
- Created and facilitated mentor programs for people of color wanting to promote into leadership positions
- Designed and moderated DEIA dialogue sessions exploring intergenerational and cultural differences, assumptions, and biases
- Conducted DEIA audits of websites and social media.
- Made recommendations for images and correspondence to ensure inclusion and access for women of color.
- Designed and conducted cultural competency assessments to explore cultural blind spots.
- Generated reports with results.
- Held sessions to generate action plans.
Jeanie Winn graduated from UC Davis with bachelors in biochemistry and molecular biology. She has 10+ years of clinical and non-clinical sample handling and analysis and validation of bioanalytical assays, immunogenicity and biomarkers using various automation instruments and laboratory software systems.
Jeanie has also worked in CLIA Quality System as site compliance lead in managing and training users for quality management systems, conducting internal audits both independently and team based.
Jeanie provides auditing and research expertise, biomedical, and healthcare insights for CenterFour Consulting, Inc.
Cheryl Reiss has over two decades of expertise in stakeholder outreach, media relations, messaging, public relations, strategic communications and content development.
Cheryl has worked for organizations ranging from governmental agencies and tech companies to non-profits and elected officials at the local, state and national levels.
This background, coupled with a law degree, enables Cheryl to help her clients translate complex subject matter into clear, simple messaging that resonates with a variety of audiences.
